WWOOF have a very simple principle: In return for volunteer help, WWOOF hosts offer food, accommodation and opportunities to learn about organic lifestyles.
Some Numbers - WWOOF is present in more then 90 countries;
- Worldwide around 6 thousand Hosts and 30 thousand volunteers per year;
- In Portugal around 100 Hosts and 1300 volunteers per year;
- Membership in Portugal cost 15 euros per year for volunteers and 25 euros per year for Hosts.
