Willkommen bei Tipi Algarve

Tipi Algarve is a tourist destination for people interested in the good life.We grow our own veg, but we are not a farm.
We give one day off a week in the summer season,hours are normally mornings & evenings because of the sun.You must be flexible, able to work with our paying guests & their children so customer friendly is a must. We need help on the admin side, dealing with enquiries, website maintenance, advertising/marketing, cleaning, making beds, assisting in cooking, organic gardening, maintenance work such as putting up Tipis, painting and building. We encourage woofers studying permaculture. We are looking to put on retreats this year so welcome a customer friendly approach, and woofers interested in Yoga/ Detox diets to assist in these programs.

We are currently building a Yoga temple and Japanese Zen meditation pond full of Koi carp so welcome creative artistic, people, builders, or practical tradespeople to help in these projects.

There is a cottage or tent to stay in, once you contact us we will send you more info and a booking form to complete

We provide you with the basics to prepare your own breakfast and evening meal . You will probably just need a snack in the evening as our lunches are large. You certainly wont starve here !

Our meals are mainly vegetarians and we can accommodate strict vegans. .

There is a pool table, table football, plenty of card and board games, books to read and swap, chill out lounge plays music, a swimming pool and sun terrace, walks near by , and two very friendly dogs and cat. . . . .

There is a local bus service at the end of the track to Portimao. A taxi will cost between €12-18.

We ask that you have your own health insurance; we have a copy of your passport and give us a contact number of your next of kin in case of any emergencies. We only usually like to accept helpers who are willing to stay a minimum of two weeks but prefer longer such as a month.
