I am a 52 year old single man who was made redundant in September 2009.
I have decided to spend the winter learning as much as possible about organic farming to establish whether it is a viable lifestyle for me.
I hope to work on a variety of farms, of different sizes and aims.
If all goes well I might become a regular winter visitor, or even a resident!

Have now worked on 2 farms in the Beira Baixa and am about to go up to a third. Hope to go south for a change of scenery during January or February. |
