does anyone know a good elk park in the south of sweden? It would be perfect if there's the possibility to carress and feed them.

I do not know of any, there are a couple of zoo's in Sweden and lots of elk in the Forest, get close enough and you could stroke them, what about reindeer in the north or working with huskies?
