This smallholding of 1,2 ha with olive- and cork oak trees was left for 25 years before I got it ten years ago. There are two wells in the bottom garden.The house stands on a 'monte',is now restort with a bore hole and a solar pump for water.
'Matu' has grown a lot and I need help with clearing this.
In winter I have a woodstove working in the kitchen, There are no produce of my own land yet but am very serious about healty nutrition and get all I need from nearby smallholdings or from the health section in Ouriques supermarkt.
It is very quiet, the next neighbours one km away, possibility for lots of hicking and bird watching.
