I´ve wrote messages on three farms and two time to support. But I get no answer. It´s normal here? What am I doing wrong?

Hello! I have had that happen with a couple of hosts as well that I've tried to contact. Just keep trying various hosts until you get a response. Also, not all hosts check their messages daily, so allow some time for them to get back to you. I was very fortunate to find a host who is good with messaging and replies promptly, but this is not always the case. Just keep trying and you'll get in contact with someone eventually.
