Travelling around (from one farm to the other)

Expired user

does anyone have experience with travelling around in Sweden? How do you go from farm to farm?

We want to stay in sweden for about six month, working on several farms. First we thought about travelling around by train. Is there a cheap kind of ticket?

Thanks for your help!

The traincompany in Sweden has this address: (change to english in upper right corner)
Tickets are usually cheaper the earlier you get them, or if you´re under 25 you can sometimes buy "last minute"(sista minuten) tickets for a lower price 24 hrs before departure.

This buscompany is often cheap:

Good luck with your woofing in Sweden! Can highly recommend the farm Rosenhill on the island Ekerö just outside of Stockholm. I have only been visiting their café, but they have a great vibe and they accept woofers.

Sweden is travelled best by bus imho. Swebus and communal bus works good.
And it's not expensive at all.
