My sister and i spent two weeks with Géraldine and Greg in Faial in early summer,and it was unforgettable.They are very charming people,they gave us really good experiences, taught us a lot about organic farming and gardening.The house both the garden is very unique and beautiful,we loved spending time there.and working in the garden wasn't repetious, we enjoyed a lot dealing with exotic plants.The food was very healthy and tasty straight from the garden or the sea.The Azores is a really special and beautiful place,and Faial is located at the most diverse part of the island,so we would absolutely love to go back!

My time spent in Faial was magical! I loved the sleepy, peaceful vibe of that quaint little town and her big, charming house. Working in Anne's giant garden was an experience I will always remember, I loved eating food straight from the garden and there was always something different to do. I felt very comfortable and at home there and appreciate Anne's kindness. It was a pleasure to be a part of their lives for a couple weeks.

I Had a nice time at the quinta. Learned a bit about organic farming. A larger stay is preferrable, as it takes a while to learn the basics.
The acores are unforgettable.

Anne, Jeraldine and Gregg are great hosts. They made me feel very welcome, helped me learn a lot, and gave me a great experience in the Azores. Their project is very inspiring, and Faial De Terra, their town, is charming as well. WWOOF here and have a great time!

Estive 3 semanas em Faial da Terra e adorei! O lugar é muito bonito, muito verde e vivo, e os habitantes são simpáticos e acolhedores. A Anne e a sua familia receberam-me muito bem. Pude praticar o meu francês e ensinar um pouco de português. O trabalho foi muito variado, desde a cultura de variados produtos hortofruticolas com contacto com biodinâmica até remodelação da casa dos perus e até pude colaborar na realização de uma curta-metragem. Aprendi e fiz amigos, cumpri os meus objectivos! Espero voltar!

Hello all: High recommendation for Anne Bruyere, her family and garden. She was
honest, warm, informative and accomodating. The week I spent there (along with
my sisters) was as unforgettable in experience and gardening lessons as
it was in sights and sounds. This was our first experience of this
kind and it has certainly set the bar high. Looking forward to
returning to work with Anne and The Azores one day!
